Fridays Fitness Hike – Wagner- McDowell
McDowell Mountain Regional Park
Fridays Fitness Hike – Various locations in Park- ALL Fridays Come to one or all of the Fitness Hiking Series, every Friday. We build up to a longer hike at the end of the month. Please wear sturdy shoes & bring plenty of water. This week's hike starts at the Wagner Trailhead in the Campground.

Rock Art of Spur Cross
Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area
June 22 Friday 7:00 am Rock Art of Spur Cross (moderate) The petroglyphs found in Spur Cross were created hundreds of years ago by the Hohokam people. Come and walk in their footsteps as we visit a few of the more impressive sites in the park during this two-hour hike. No dogs on this hike please.

Cool Cactus Walk - Usery Park
Usery Mountain Regional Park
What are the names of the cacti that grow in our desert? How do they survive (and thrive!) in such a harsh environment? Discover amazing facts about these incredible plants when you join our Interpretive Ranger, Ranger B, for a pleasant stroll along the quarter-mile Desert Hawk Trail. Please bring water and closed-toe shoes. Location: Nature Center.

Summer Night Ride Series - Pemberton Trail
McDowell Mountain Regional Park
This summer night mountain bike series will be held on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. All riders must have a helmet, a lighting system designed for mountain biking and battery power for 3 hours. Riders must sign-in and sign-out, two hours are allowed to ride the Pemberton Trail. It is highly recommended that you ride this trail in day light before coming out for a night ride. The sign sheets are available at 6:30 for riders who might need extra time. NO RIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO START AFTER 8:00 p.m.

Dive ‘n’ Movies - Every Friday Night
Adobe Dam Regional Park
Every Friday night from June 1 to August 10, catch a great movie while floating under the stars at Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix’s wave pool - Monsoon Bay or simply lounge around on a deck chair. Dive 'n' Movies begin at sundown and are FREE with Park admission. The majority of the Park's slides and attractions continue to operate during Dive 'n' Movies.
