School Construction Procurement
As required by ARS 15-213, the state board of education shall
adopt rules for procurements involving construction not exceeding one hundred fifty thousand
dollars which shall be known as the simplified school construction procurement program. In
addition, County School Superintendent Offices are required to provide a list for school
districts and charter schools of persons who desire to receive solicitations to bid on
construction projects.
Requests for this list may be made to our office by
Districts or Charter Schools by completing
this form.
If you are a contractor and would like to be included
on this list, go to Maricopa County Procurement Register
and follow the instructions on that page. If you have any questions, please contact Lynda
Cull at (602) 506-2046.
Note: This database is provided to us by Maricopa County, and is used by
many departments in Maricopa County.
