LEAP
HCH operates LEAP (Life Enhancement Assistance Program), a comprehensive four-month program of integrated mental health and substance abuse services designed for homeless people. The program includes:

Individual and/or group counseling

Aftercare
Substance abuse treatment is delivered in a group setting and addresses housing, employment, life skills, and relapse prevention. LEAP provides guidance and helps participants achieve recovery and success. Recovery is a LEAP participants number one responsibility and priority.

I CAAN Group
I CAAN (Individual Changing Attitudes and Actions Now) is a support group empowering homeless people to take responsibility for their choices, gain insight on their various issues, learn about available resources and focus on how to live the life they envision. I CAAN allows individuals the opportunity to share experiences and information which assists them in accepting responsibility for their attitudes and actions.
