NOVEL H1N1 Flu 2009

What can we do individually and as a community to keep well during this challenging Flu Season?  Take time to learn about Seasonal and H1N1 flu.  Review who is most at risk from suffering severe complications or worse from these viruses and the steps we can all take to stay well or stop the further spread of disease in our community. Many of us are concerned about this new flu and how it may affect us and our loved ones.  A common question is how are vaccines made and how do I know they are safe?
