Enforcement Reports Now on the Web

The Maricopa County Air Quality Department is working to automate the monthly Enforcement Reports and now offers an electronic update for subscribers each month.

 

Enforcement action taken on local companies violating clean air rules will be published on the department’s website on a monthly basis. These monthly reports are now available on the department’s website at the following link - http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/enforcement/EnforcementReport.aspx.

 

Enforcement Reports for the calendar year will be profiled on this web page. Previous Enforcement Reports may be accessed via a public records request. For information on how to make a public records request, click here or contact requestrecords@mail.maricopa.gov.
