The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public for the proposed air quality permit. Comments should address whether the proposed permit meets the criteria for issuance in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 49-426, 49-427 and 49-480. Members of the public may comment in person through either oral statements to a court reporter or through written statements. Written comments shall state the name and mailing address of the person making comment and be signed by that person or authorized agent or attorney. In addition to providing oral or written comments at the hearing, any person may submit written comments to the department at its address above provided they are received no later than Friday, August 22, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
