FREE Back to School Immunizations - August 2

With thousands of kids around the Valley needing to meet new immunization requirements for school, Maricopa County Public Health is using the challenge as a cost effective way of practicing for an emergency. We’re partnering with 5 cities to practice opening and operating medicine distribution points that could be used in a public health emergency.

Get your child ready!

When: Saturday, August 2^{nd, 2008; 9 am - 2:30 pm}

BRING: ·All immunization records (including records from other states or countries)

·Children 17 years and younger must present with a parent or guardian
