No-Cost Spay and Neuter Vouchers for the Public
(PHOENIX, December 28, 2012) – Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) continues on the success of helping pet owners survive in a tough economy. Since its inception more than six years ago, the SNAP application-based program maintains its partnership with local veterinarians to offer free spay and neuter surgeries to the pets of Maricopa County residents.
As a program funded solely by donations raised by Friends of Animal Care and Control, MCACC will be issuing out SNAP Voucher applications on January 2, 2013. The voucher applications will be available at both our MCACC West /East Care Centers and at our Under One Woof Adoption Center, located inside the MetroCenter Mall. The business hours for the west location will be from 11:00am to 5:30pm. The business hours for the east location will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The business hours for Under One Woof will be from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Due to a limited amount of vouchers, it will be a first-come, first-served basis.
