Neonatal kittens need to be fed through a bottle, a tube or with an eyedropper. Foster homes wanting to take on this life-saving task would be trained in how to feed these little animals. MCACC Foster and New Hope staff offers 101 training for bottle feeding and are willing to work with fosters one on one. MCACC will provide all the necessary materials to care for neonatal kittens: nursing bottles, kitten formula, heating pads, and other necessary items.
Interested fosters are recommended to send an email to our contact with the Alternative Placement Department, Duanne Wilster. Her email is DWilster@mail.maricopa.gov.
