Deputy Administrator of FEMA's National Preparedness Directorate Timothy Manning, NEMA Incoming President David Maxwell, and IAEM President Russ Decker recently announced winners in each category at a ceremony during the 2009 National Conference on Community Preparedness (NCCP). The Arizona Central Region Citizen Corps Council (AZ) was recognized with an Honorable Mention in the Outstanding Citizen Corps Council Award (1.5+ million population plus) category.
