Emergency Planning for Chemical Spills
Each year, the Maricopa County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) must review its comprehensive plan and invite the public to make comments. The comprehensive plan provides general direction for identifying, responding to, and recovering from a hazardous substance release.
Members of the public will have an opportunity to comment at the Committee’s regularly scheduled meeting to be held on:

A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at the Maricopa County Department of Emergency Management, 2035 North 52nd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008 at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
