Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given that the Maricopa County Mining District Recommendation Committee will have a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, 1:00 p.m. at the address above for the purpose of discussing matters on the meeting agenda which follows.

The Committee may vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the Committee on any matter listed on the agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)
One or more members may attend telephonically.
Members attending telephonically will be announced at the meeting.
