A subcommittee of the Maricopa County Local Emergency Planning Committee will be conducting a meeting open to the public on March 26, 2009 at the Tempe Public Library. The focus of this meeting is to conduct the annual review of the county’s hazardous materials emergency response plan as required under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Act of 1986 and Arizona Revised Statutes.
