Plan Of Development
The Plan of Development process is required for all zoning
districts that have Planned Development (PD) or Unit Plan of
Development (UPD) Overlay. A Plan of Development is also required for development in all industrial zoning districts, C-S zoning district, non-residential hillside development, and development within scenic corridors.
Approval of a Plan of Development must occur before any development of property requiring a plan of development can occur.
