The Online Permit Manager is available 24 hours a day granting you access to services from your desktop. After you create your account (first time only), you may:
- Apply for a building permit
- Submit plans online ( .pdf format)
- Manage and monitor your project
- Remit payment (Visa or MasterCard accepted)
- Schedule an inspection
- Submit a public records request
Online project submissions are available for a variety of construction activity, including:
- Residential construction and demolition
- Minor residential electrical, plumbing and mechanical Click here for new options for minors
- House placement (multi-section, manufactured, mobile)
- Water heater replacement & hookup
- Solar water heater (ground-mounted tank)
- Lawn sprinklers
