The Bureau of Reclamation has issued a Notice of Public Scoping for Preparation of an Environmental Assessment Concerning Construction and Operation of a Proposed Zip Line Concession at Lake Pleasant Regional Park, Maricopa and Yavapai Counties, Arizona.
