| Summer in the desert means the night comes alive with new sounds! Explore the secret life of desert toads and nocturnal birds as we walk less than 1/2 a mile to Nursery Tank Pond to listen to their curious summer songs by the full moon. We have a chance to see and hear several species of desert toads and unique insect-eating night birds at the pond. This is a program for all ages. Bring flashlights and/or blacklights and meet at the Nursery Tank Trailhead. No pets, please. |
