Lake Pleasant Regional Park
The Lake Pleasant Adventure Day will be on Saturday, May 19th from 8AM until 3PM. Join us for another fun time on, under, above and off the water! Clubs, organizations, dive shops, and more will be on-site with demonstrations, and activities for you to try! Feel like getting wet? There will be water activities for everyone! Bring the whole family and enjoy this event under the sun at Lake Pleasant. Don't miss it!

Come dressed to get wet and have some fun at the Lake Pleasant Adventure Day!

Follow the signs from Hwy 74 to Lake Pleasant Regional Park; keep following the “Adventure Day” signs to the 10-lane spillway area. Only cost is the $6 per vehicle park entry fee. Directions to the park call 928-501-1710.

The event features:

Scuba Diving shops like Academy of Scuba, Sports Chalet Scuba, and Scuba Pros of Arizona, will be featuring diving opportunities for certified divers and may even have a discover scuba session for those interested in becoming scuba divers.

Remote controlled planes will be presented by the ARCS model airplane club and they might let you take the controls (with them helping of course).

There will be many kayaks to try out, Southwest Kayaks will be featuring Hobie peddle kayaks, Desert Voyagers will be featuring inflatable kayaks, and Sports Chalet will be featuring sit on top kayaks. Life vest will be provided.

Brock Fish Paddle Boards and Shaka Boards will feature stand up paddle boards for people to try out.

Arizona Outdoor Fun Rentals is showing off some boats and water skis (there may be demos).

Information booths like the Arizona Outdoor & Travel Club, Coast Guard Auxiliary, Maricopa County Sheriff Department, Maricopa County Environmental Services, Maricopa County Parks & Recreation, City of Peoria Parks & Recreation, NAUI Diving, PADI Diving, SSI Diving, Arizona Hiking Shack, Southwest Dive Magazine, Turf Soaring School, Arizona Game & Fish Invasive Species, and a casting fishing game for the kids!
