| Join the Ranger Pat at the Nature Center for the basics of map reading and orienting. This skill will help you be safer in the wilderness. We will take a hike on the 3 mi Butterfield Short loop to test our skills. This medium hike will have some elevation so bring water, good shoes, hat, flashlights. We should see a beautiful sunset before the hike is over. |
