Clerk of the Court
- Child Support, Spousal Enforcement, Court Case Information, Filing, Marriage License Info, Passports, Wage Assignments, Family Support Center


Constables - Evictions, Orders of Protection, Summons Jurors, Serve criminal and civil summons and subpoenas, Judicial security, seize property to satisfy judgements


Contract Counsel - procures legal services of private attorneys who in return provides legal representation to indigent individuals assigned to the Office of Contract Counsel by the court


Correctional Health - responsible for providing health care services to those incarcerated in the Maricopa County jail system


County Attorney - Anti-Graffiti, Anti-Slum, Bad Check Enforcement, Cyberstalking, Internet Fraud, Telecommunications Fraud, Deadly Weapons, Drug Diversion, Family Violence, Gang / Repeat Offender Programs, Hate Crimes, Homicide, Identity Theft, Sexual Offenses, Substance Abuse Program, Victim Witness Services

 


Justice Courts - The Justice Courts currently operates 23 Precincts throughout Maricopa County. These Precincts help resolve Small Claims cases, Civil Suits, Traffic Violations and other various disputes.


Justice System Activites - provides collective information on the magnitude of the workload handled by the Maricopa County justice system to citizens, policy makers, and staff


Juvenile Courts - Adoptions, Delinquency, Dependency, Publications, Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA), Severance, aRights of Victims


Juvenile Probation - provide access to evidence-based early intervention, supervision, treatment and secure care for youth and families so that youth learn accountability and responsibility, and community safety is enhanced


Legal Defender - provide quality legal representation to indigent individuals assigned to us by the courts, thus safeguarding the fundamental legal rights of each member of the community

 


Medical Examiner - makes public inquiry into sudden and unnatural deaths in order to protect the living from an untimely death


Public Defender - protects the fundamental rights of all individuals, by providing effective legal representation for indigent people facing criminal charges, juvenile adjudications, and mental health commitments, when appointed by Maricopa County Superior and Justice Courts


Sheriff's Office - a fully integrated law enforcement agency committed to being the leader in establishing the standards for providing professional quality law enforcement, detention, and support services to the citizens of Maricopa County and to other criminal justice agencies


Superior Court - Case History, Adult Probation, Arizona Tax Court, Civil Department, Criminal Department, Family Court, Juvenile Court, Juvenile Probation, Probate / Mental Health, Jury Duty, Law Library, Self Service Center, Trial Court Leadership Center
