The Constables of Maricopa County provide the public with an efficient and timely service of process issued through the Justice Courts. These processes include Orders of Protection, Summons, Subpoenas and Writs of the Court such as evictions and property seizures.

There are 25 elected Constables serving the 3.5 million citizens of Maricopa County. Maricopa County is larger in land area than five eastern states.
