About the Clerk of the Board‘s Office

The Clerk of the Board serves the Board of Supervisors and citizens of Maricopa County in the following areas:
The mission of the Office of the Clerk of the Board is to facilitate the accurate and timely presentation of information to the Board of Supervisors, County departments and the public through the agenda process; ensure the integrity and accessibility of the public record; provide professional statutory and policy-related services to the public; promote public participation in local government; and support the adopted Mission, Vision and Goals of the Board of Supervisors in a competent, courteous and sincere manner.
The vision of the Office of the Clerk of the Board is to provide excellent community service, encourage innovation and improve business efficiencies.
