Maricopa County's Employee Health Initiatives' Wellness Programs are designed to improve the lives of individual employees, making a healthier county culture and, over time, lowering health care costs, turnover and absenteeism while increasing employee morale, productivity and quality of work. We offer programs of personal development that includes assessment, education and training, exercise prescription, personalized orientation and continued coaching.

Well Aware Disease Management Program

CIGNA's Well Aware Programs provide education, support and a wide selection of tools. After enrolling, they help you take control of your chronic condition by learning to anticipate your symptoms and manage them better.
