CIGNA offers six different medical plans with important benefit and cost differences based on freedom, choice and use of health care delivery. The six plans available include a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) High Option (CMG High) and Low Option (CMG Low), Open Access Plus (OAP) High Option (OAP High), Low Option (OAP Low) and In-Network Option (OAPIN), and High Deductible PPO coupled with a Health Savings Account (HSA) option (Choice Fund HSA).
