For the plan year starting July 1, 2009, Maricopa County is offering benefit-eligible Maricopa County Employees several health and wellness initiatives to encourage health improvement. As part of this effort, Maricopa County is continuing to offer you an opportunity to save up to a total of $240 annually on your county-sponsored medical insurance by participating in both the Biometric Screening ($120.00) and the online Health Assessment ($120.00).
