| Public Workshop: Rule 325 (Brick and Structural Clay Products Manufacturing) |

The Maricopa County Air Quality Department will conduct a public workshop regarding a proposed limited revision to Rule 325 (Brick and Structural Clay Products Manufacturing) to eliminate the need to conduct U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Test Method 202 and to include a requirement of an emissions control system.
A copy of the proposed rule is available for public review at the “More Info” link below. In order to enhance the discussion and cost savings, as well as support the county’s sustainability initiative, information will be electronically displayed during the public workshop. If you prefer a hardcopy of the documentation, please print the information from the department’s rules calendar page to bring with you to the meeting.
The public workshop is free of charge and no advance registration or RSVP is required. The public workshop is an informal meeting for all interested parties to discuss the proposed changes. Additional opportunities to submit oral and/or written comments will be available throughout the rulemaking process.
