Windows 10 users who use Edge:Edge users on Windows 10 will find that they cannot use fillable PDF forms
in the Edge browser. Please follow the instructions provided here to use
fillable PDF forms.
Firefox users: Please note that the built-in PDF reader in Firefox is experiencing a bug which prevents
accurate completion of fillable PDF forms in the browser. Mozilla is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.
Until Mozilla resolves the problem, please use the instructions
provided here to update your Firefox browser.
Chrome users: Chrome no longer supports interactive PDF forms in Acrobat Reader in the Chrome browser.
To use the PDF application forms, please use the instructions provided here.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
Please note completed applications can take up to 14 days to process. If an incomplete application is submitted, the approval time will depend on responsiveness of the applicant.
