Responsible for drafting and finalizing rules and managing emissions data.
The purpose of the Small Business Assistance (SBA) program is to provide information and technical
assistance to small business owners related to air quality rules and regulations.
Manages the Maricopa County Trip Reduction Program, including sections for Auditing and Research &
Analysis for employers and schools.
The Voluntary Vehicle Repair and Retrofit Program (VVR&R) has been suspended due to current economic conditions.
