Comments should address whether the proposed permit meets the criteria for issuance in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §§§ 49-426, 49-427 and 49-480. Members of the public may comment in person through either oral statements to a court reporter or through written statements. Written comments shall state the name and mailing address of the person making comment and be signed by that person or authorized agent or attorney.
