By using the Support Self Servies link above, you are now able to enter your own ticket into our help desk system. When prompted, use your Citrix user id, and the default password is "Visions". You should change your password by clicking on the Client Information, once you log in.

Off-Cycle Payroll

Please be aware that Off-Cycle payroll submitted for printing on the first Business Day of the week will be delayed due to normal Payroll Check Printing

Check Printing

Our office currently prints checks for 39 districts in Maricopa County. On a normal (non-holiday) week Check Printing is done every business day and is typically started early in the morning. With the exception of the large Payroll run at the beginning of the week, most checks are available for pickup by 1pm the day they are printed. Due to the number of checks printed for Payroll at the beginning of the week, those checks will not be available until the following business day.

EASE Users Group

The districts who have implemented the Visions Enterprise Edition have organized a Users Group for the purposes of sharing information and helping each other. We guarantee that you will learn something!

Training

Full day training sessions are provided monthly by Maricopa County Superintendent's Office staff to all School Districts in Maricopa County. Topics include training on the software applications, refresher courses, policies and procedures, technology, and tips and techniques. The training sessions offer a great opportunity to network with your peers and gain valuable information, whether you are new to the school district financial environment or someone who has been a part of the many changes over the years in the area of school finance and technology.
