The County School Superintendent's Office is responsible for the monthly reconciliation of fund cash balances between the the school district's accounting system and the County Treasurer's system for 40 school districts. This amounts to a little over 340 million dollars with over a million transactions per month. It is our goal to have each district reconciled monthly and all discrepancies resolved by the end of the following month. In order to achieve this goal we work very closely with financial representatives in each district. The following links are provided as reference for these representatives.
