The
Tuberculosis Control and Prevention program provides diagnostic, treatment, and case management services for persons with latent tuberculosis infection and active tuberculosis disease.
Eligibility
In order to protect the public's health, all Maricopa County residents and visitors are eligible for necessary TB services.
Location
All TB services are available at the Public Health Clinic, located at 1645 E. Roosevelt St., Phoenix, AZ 85006.

| Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Walk-ins accepted until 4:00 PM |
| Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Walk-ins accepted until 4:00 PM |
| Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Walk-ins accepted until 4:00 PM |
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Walk-ins accepted until 4:00 PM (Note: No TB Skin Tests are administered on Thursday.) |
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Walk-ins accepted until 4:00 PM (Note: No TB Skin Tests are administered on Fridays when the following Monday is a holiday.) |
Cost
All diagnostic, treatment, and case management services are provided FREE. However, if you need a TB skin test with a Health Card (which is a release for work, school, or volunteering), there is a charge of $36 (cash, credit or debit card).
