Immunizations/Community Health Nursing

Public health nurses and staff work to deliver childhood immunization services, conduct daily disease surveillance, and provide education and training to healthcare providers, teachers, and day care workers.

HIV/AIDS

HIV/AIDS is divided into four main categories; Prevention, Counseling, & Testing, Prevention Community Planning Group, Dental Program, and Ryan White Planning Council.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases

The Maricopa County Department of Public Health STD clinic provides testing for and treatment of the sexually transmitted diseases, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Syphilis, and Venereal/Genital Warts.
