Spay/Neuter Assistance Program
Maricopa County’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) provides free spay/neuter surgeries for your dog(s) and cat(s) at participating veterinarians throughout the valley. The program is funded soley by donations. Here are a few basic points about the process: - Simply fill out an application and return with payment (if applicable)
- You will receive a voucher back in the mail
- You choose from a list of participating veterinarians
- You will have 90 days to use the voucher
Maricopa County Animal Care and Control is providing SNAP applications at the beginning of each month (until they run out) at:
2500 S. 27th Avenue in Phoenix
2630 W. 8th Street in Mesa
9617 N. Metro Pkwy #1116 in Phoenix
