If you have lost your pet, you need to come into our shelters and look for him or her. Unfortunately, due to the volume of animals we care for and variations in descriptions, we are unable to tell you over the phone or by email if we have your pet in our care. We do not want to give you inaccurate information.

Please make a point to visit our care centers at least every two days to look for your lost pet. You can also visit Our Pets section to see pictures of some of the lost pets that we have in the shelter.

We recommend that you also log onto www.pets911.com or call 1-888-pets-911 to register your pet as missing. Good luck!

If your dog is licensed and we have your current address on file, we will attempt to contact you. If your dog is not licensed, you should purchase a license once you find him or her.
