| Yoga warm up with Candace Jordan. Candace will prepare us for our 2.5 mile Sunrise Hike with some basic Yoga instruction. No special equipment required. Come prepared to hike with sturdy shoes, a big hat, more water than you think you’ll need and a smile. Ranger Mark will lead the hike from the Coldwater Trailhead at 6:30am This is a great way to start your day! ? |
