Serving the cities and communities of Greater Phoenix, Paradise Valley, New River, Desert Hills and Anthem.

Phoenix
- Phoenix is the capital and the most populous city of Arizona and the county seat of Maricopa County. It was incorporated as a city on February 25, 1881. Its physical location is along the banks of the normally dry Salt River. As of 2006, the Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area was the 13th-largest in the United States, with an estimated population of 4,039,182.

Paradise Valley - During the late 1800’s, cattle grazed in the area surrounded by the McDowell Mountains to the east and Camelback Mountain to the south. In the 1880’s, the Rio Verde Canal Company turned this open grazing area into irrigated farmland. In 1889, the Rio Verde Canal Company sent three surveyors to this area who were so taken by the beauty and tranquility of the desert landscape that they named this area Paradise Valley.

New River
- New River is named after the seasonal wash of the same name, part of the Agua Fria River system which drains into the Salt River. It was founded by Lord Darrell Duppa in 1868 as a stageoach stop. For many years it was the terminus of the old Black Canyon Highway (now Interstate 17). The pavement ended in New River and continued as a dirt road to the city of Prescott.

Desert Hills - Desert Hills offers an ideal climate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Desert Hills offers a peaceful tranquility that simply cannot be found in the city. It is close enough to Phoenix to have the needed amenities of a big city but it is still far enough that you can sit on your property and hear the coyotes and other forms of local wildlife. This is one of the reasons the area is becoming so popular. It has the location and comfort to offer the best of both worlds to all the residents.

Anthem - Anthem, Arizona is the result of a Del Webb development on a large parcel of land adjacent to New River, Arizona. It is a planned suburb 34 miles north of downtown Phoenix that opened in 1998. Featuring sweeping mountain vistas, golf, hiking and other recreational opportunities, Anthem has been described as one of the best places to live in Arizona by Phoenix Magazine and the best place to raise a family by Parenting Magazine in November of 2003.
