Cathe Cuneo started her career with the Assessor’s
Office as a front counter clerk in 1987. After 2 years she became
a commercial property appraiser and soon advanced to crew chief
in the Real Property Department. She earned her Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Management in 2003 from the University of Phoenix.
During her tenure in the Assessor’s Office she has served
in a variety of supervisory positions in our satellite offices,
and in the summer of 2007, she was promoted to Area Manager. |
| Cathe grew up in Manhattan Beach
California and is a 5th generation Los Angelean and direct descendant
of the Sepúlveda’s, a prominent family of Spanish
settlers in early California. She has lived in Chandler, Arizona
since 1979, is active in her local church, St. Timothy Catholic
Community and does volunteer work for Paz de Cristo in Mesa. Her
Irish roots beckoned her to vacation once in County Cork Ireland
where she kissed the Blarney Stone and thus acquired the ability
to influence and coax with fair words and soft speech without
giving offense. Her 2 daughters, Gina and Jackie, will attest
to the fact that she has the “Gift of Blarney.”
