Allen Zingg joined the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office as Human Resources manager in June 2006. Allen achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Rutgers University in New Jersey. His experience in both, not-for-profit and, for-profit organizations, as well as in his own creativity business, gives Allen a wealth of human resources, organizational knowledge and insights to help the Assessor’s Office continue to grow and improve.

Allen and his wife moved to Phoenix, from New Jersey, shortly before joining us.
